Be My Guest is a language course for pre and in-service students of English in the hotel industry at the elementary to lower intermediate level.

This fifteen-unit course is ideal for both in-service and pre-service students. It deals with the many situations in which hotel employees meet guests, including reception, restaurant and bar work, answering the phone, giving directions, dealing with guests’ problems, writing short e-mails and letters, suggesting places to visit and explaining how things work.

Short, easy-to-use units that focus on improving the skills that students need for work such as fluency, grammatical accuracy, pronunciation and vocabulary.

Personal job files in the Student’s Book enable students to keep a record of their work, giving them a real sense of progress and achievement.
